If the Manufacturer of the product you have selected provides the DOA process, you can return the product to Audio Control Headquarters – Nea Ionia Smyrni 38 so that we can take the necessary actions based on the terms set by the manufacturer, unless different terms provided for immediate shipment to manufacturer, like Next Business Day, Pickup And Return etc. If the necessary procedures are completed and the Manufacturer approves the D.O.A Replacement then a new product will be returned to you at our expense. All Repairs or Replacements are performed by Certified Repair Centers selected by the Manufacturer and Not by the Audio Control Company. In any case, we will exert the maximum possible effort together with the Manufacturer in order to help in the easier completion of the Procedures.
Repair of your Product during the Warranty.
In case your product gets damaged within the Warranty Period provided by the manufacturer of the Material, please contact us so that we can give you the necessary instructions since the terms and conditions differ betwween manufacturers. Shipping costs (from and towards you) are on you, unless the terms of the warranty provide different terms. Usually the products are sent directly to the Authorized repair center that covers the warranty of the manufacturer of your product, otherwise the shipment is made at the headquarters of Audio Control – Nea Ionia Smyrni 38 so that we follow the instructions of the Manufacturer. Audio Control Company is not responsible for the Response Time, Repair Time or the conditions required for the repair and return of your product.
